COVID 19 update
We are in Tier 4 but for us, it is business as usual. You are welcome to order whatever you like from our website. We will process your order when we have come back in the office over the holidays. We are open and delivery service will run as normal.
The national lockdown starts today and expected to ease at least December 2, 2020. We just wanted to let you all know, that for us it is still business as usual. In response to this, we want to let you know that your order is in safe hands.

Yes we are based in London. Our suppliers are based in the UK, Europe and Asia and your item in some circumstance is arriving directly from the manufacture.
Right now we're an online-only store. We prefer to focus on offering you a great customer experience without the distractions of managing of managing a store. On occasion we may pop up in store or at the Baby show. When that happens we will let you know if your signed up to our email subscription.
No. We have now decommissioned our phones lines because our customers preferred to contact us by email or via the chat icon found at the bottom right of your screen.
Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org to canceled within 24 hours of when you made your order. If you cancel after this time, your order may have already been dispatched.
Contact email@example.com with the product you would like to change to. We will send you an invoice if the cost is greater than your original purchase or refund the difference.
If the item you have ordered has an option of standard or express delivery, then unfortunately once you have paid we are unable to change it.
You will need to fill in the pop up subscription box to qualify for the discount. Once thats is filled some times the email thats a couple of hour to be generated or can get stuck in your spam folder.

Postage and packaging
At Naturalbabaa, we use nature-friendly packaging alternatives. The use of paper fillers has been an eco-friendly alternative we use instead of the plastic bubble wrap when we wrap your packages. We have also improved our shipping bags by using biodegradable poly mailing bags. As an environmentally conscientious business we try our very best to reduce the packaging and keep the use of plastic packaging to a minimum where possible.
Yes, we are offering free gift wrapping. We are offering a gift-wrapping service for orders placed on our site, Naturalbabaa.com. If you want gift-wrapping for your order, please let us know by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org to request wrapping as soon as you place your order.

On average standard delivery times are estimated 3-8 working days. But as we work with supplier from around the world your order may be dispatched directly from the manufacture. Exact delivery time are always on the item’s product page. Tracking details are always provided in your delivery notification email.
Yes we regularly offer free delivery on items over £50 for a limited time.
Tracking is usually automatically generated and sometimes need a few hour to start working. If after a few hours your tracking is not working please contact our customer service team.
On very rare occasions you may need to pay custom charges if we have informed you on the product description. Custom charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. It is your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. Prices vary widely depending on the product value and the country your order is coming from.
We try our best to be environmentally conscience and try to limit our use of paper. Once we have received your order we will send you an invoice with your purchase breakdown via email.
Unfortunately, we are unable to currently offer free returns. We believe offering our customers free delivery on new order gives our customers better value for money.
